Plot : Gru, formerly a super-villain, is now no longer a villain after having saved his three adopted daughters Margo, Edith, and Agnes from rival super-villain Vector in the first film Despicable Me. Gru is having a birthday party for Agnes, the youngest child, in which he impersonates a Fairy Princess to save her from disappointment when the performer cannot attend. Much to Gru's chagrin, his neighbor, Jillian, begins trying to get Gru to take some of her single acquaintances on a date.
